What happens next
After you get in touch
Call or send a note
Tell us what you've noticed, whether it's a brown ring on the ceiling, a limb on the roof or an insurer asking for an inspection. Someone calls you back the same working day with a time to visit.
We look at the roof and the trees around it
The estimator walks every slope, checks the attic and the chimney, and notes any limbs that hang over the house. You get the photos and notes by email.
A written price you can read
Each part of the job on its own line, including what any rotten decking would cost per board or sheet. Nothing is added later that wasn't on the page.
The work, then the paperwork
We file the permit, do the job, pass the final inspection and hand you the closed permit, the photos and the warranty papers in one folder.
Our promises
Kept on every roof, large or small
- We tell you when your roof doesn't need replacing
- Every soft board shown to you before it's replaced
- Nails swept from the yard at the end of every day
- One folder at the end: closed permit, photos and warranty papers
