Our house still had its original board decking. They showed us every soft board on the tear-off day and the replacement cost was exactly what the quote said per board.

Their photo report showed which slopes were damaged and which were fine. Our adjuster went through it page by page and didn't need to send anyone else up.

The leak by the chimney had been patched with tar three or four times by other people. These folks pulled it all off and rebuilt the flashing properly. Dry since.

Good crew and a solid new roof. The start date moved twice because of rain, but they called each time instead of leaving us guessing.

Old house, old metal roof. They told us it could be repaired for a while yet, fixed the loose panels and screws, and didn't push a replacement.

Our house is on the older side and the quote explained what they might find under the shingles and what each fix would cost. No surprises at the end.

Insurance claims

A clear record for your insurer

Your claim belongs to you and your insurance company. What we provide is the evidence of what happened to the roof, and when the adjuster visits we can meet them at the house and walk the roof together.

  1. Dated photographs

Each slope, the attic and every place the weather got in, taken on the day of the visit and sent to you as one set.

  2. A written account

What failed, where it is and what is likely to follow if it is left, set down so that someone who never saw the roof can follow it.

  3. An itemized price

The repair broken into its parts, from the tear-off and decking to the flashing and the permit, each with its own figure.

Left to you and your insurer: what your policy covers, any bargaining over the settlement, and your deductible, which we never waive, rebate or pay.

Free roof inspection

Ask for an inspection

A few lines about the roof is plenty. We'll call to settle on a day, look over every slope and the attic, then send you the photos with a written price.

  • Every limb that hangs over the roof looked at on the inspection
  • Old plank decking checked and re-nailed, never buried under new shingles
  • A written price, line by line, before anything is signed
